Decorating for the holiday season should not cost a small fortune. In fact, it shouldn't cost very much at all. Do you know someone who always goes all out for Christmas—decorating their house inside and out. I wonder how high their electric bills are for those winter months that they have to heat their homes as well as having all of those outside (and inside) lights on. Children

If you've got children, or are feeling a bit childlike yourself, make some of those fun snowflakes from white construction paper. Cut out pictures of festive objects; Santa, reindeer, stars...you get the idea. Those cut-outs can also be used as ornaments or for placing around the house to add to the Christmas décor.
